{"id":128,"date":"2023-03-06T14:12:52","date_gmt":"2023-03-06T14:12:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cardio-rt.rob.uni-luebeck.de\/?page_id=128"},"modified":"2023-03-13T10:04:21","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T10:04:21","slug":"3d-3d-registration","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cardio-rt.rob.uni-luebeck.de\/?page_id=128","title":{"rendered":"3D-3D Registration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cardio-rt.rob.uni-luebeck.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/3D-3D_Registration-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-195\" width=\"462\" height=\"369\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The 3D-3D registration method is EAM-system-dependent, and the following EAM systems are supported by CARDIO-RT 3D-3D registration method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CARTO 3 (Biosense Webster)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EnSite Precision\/Velocity (Abbott)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RHYTHMIA HDx (Boston Scientific)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The data required for 3D-3D registration method are as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Electrophysiological data exported from the EAM systems, and the format of the EAM data is depending on the EAM system. <br>&#8211; CARTO: .mesh file and _car.txt file<br>&#8211; EnSite: .xml file<br>&#8211; RHYTHMIA: .mat file<br>Please note that due to the inconsistency of the data format between different EAM systems and different versions, the EAM data might not be compatible with CARDIO-RT. In this case, please contact the developers to extend the functionality of CARDIO-RT to read your EAM data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DICOM-RT Structure Set file containing the heart structures (i.e., LV, aorta, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cardiac CT which is registered with the planning CT, or the non-registered cardiac CT with the corresponding DICOM RE registration file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning CT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Optional) DICOM-RT dose distribution file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more detailed information, please see the user manual which is included in the downloaded file.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 3D-3D registration method is EAM-system-dependent, and the following EAM systems are supported by CARDIO-RT 3D-3D registration method.
