CARDIO-RT ventricular tachycardia target transfer software

CAUTION!

Please note that CARDIO-RT is NOT intended for clinical use. It is a research tool to accompany clinical studies for STAR in the heart. Its sole intended use is to analyze suitability of plans generated via a radiosurgery planning system, with respect to spatial fit of the underlying data structures, namely CT data and EAM data.
The developers of this software assume no warranty whatsoever which may occur during the use or in conjunction with the use of the software.

CARDIO-RT is a medical image registration software designed to manage transferring ventricular tachycardia (VT) target from the electroanatomical mapping (EAM) system to computer tomography (CT) images for stereotactic arrhythmia radioablation (STAR) therapy. With its intuitive user interface, CARDIO-RT simplifies the VT target transfer process, and provides suggestion for delineating the VT target in the radiation treatment planning system.
Three registration methods are included in CARDIO-RT: 2D-3D registration, 3D-3D registration and bullseye 17-segment model registration.

2D-3D Registration

Define and export the VT target structure by registering the EAM screenshot(s) with marked target region from standard radiographic projection views (i.e., AP, SUP, LL, etc.) to CT structures.

3D-3D Registration

Visualize the ablation target points generated in the EAM system on CT by registering a set of EAM measurement points to CT structures.

17-Segment Model Registration

Segment the left ventricle into 17 segments according to the 17-segment model published by the American Heart Association. The 17 segments can be saved individually.
